Our classes typically meet once per week for six weeks, for 2-3 hours per class session. Classes are taught between 10 am and 6 pm. Classes are primarily held at the Brookstown Mill location. Occasionally classes will meet at the Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts and on the campus of Wake Forest University.
Annual membership in the Lifelong Learning program is $70, renewable on the anniversary date of the individual’s joining. Membership covers three consecutive terms in the program (Spring, Summer, Fall terms). As members, individuals receive admittance to special members-only events throughout the year, a discount for library privileges at the Z. Smith Reynolds Library on the Wake Forest University campus, and parking for all LLL classes for three terms. Anyone who wishes to take classes in the program must pay the annual membership fee. The annual membership fee is waived for those who are Wake Forest University retirees or Wake Forest University graduates.
Most courses cost $125 per person for a five or six week course. If an individual takes more than one LLL course within a semester (fall, spring, or summer), then the per-course cost is reduced to $100 per course.
